Overview of the 3 Dry Aging Production Unit Systems:

1. ALL-IN-ONE System – Available for direct purchase here in the store.
This compact, plug-in ceiling solution combines the compressor, condenser, evaporator, and Dry Aging technology into one unit. You can easily select and buy the Dry Aging Production Units from the All-In-One System directly here in the store. Available in three performance levels based on room volume:

– DX 6000 Premium – For up to 10 m³
– DX 7000 Premium – For up to 16 m³
– DX 8000 Premium – For up to 24 m³

2. SPLIT System – Available upon request.
This system separates the external unit from the evaporator, ideal for situations where space above your refrigeration cell is limited, making a ceiling-mounted module impractical. The Split-System is custom-designed in collaboration with DRY AGER® experts to suit your specific needs.

3. EVAPORATOR System – Available upon request.
This option supplies the evaporator unit with Dry Aging technology separately, allowing you to connect it to your existing refrigeration system. It extends your current infrastructure with Dry Aging capabilities, tailored to fit your refrigeration setup.
